Double Vision

What's the meaning behind the band's name? there's 2 meanings, one being the obvious, we're identical twins. The other meaning is a representation of 2 people who share a common goal or vision.

How the band started?? we've been writing  rhymes since 7 years old, but officialy became Double Vision around 2006. that's when we started actually writing real songs with structure and what not.

What's the message to transmit with your music?? be original, creative, and persistent, and all of your dreams will come true.
What's your method at the time of writting a song?? there's never any one method. we're always open to new ideas of how to come up with concepts for songs. we mainly just try to observe and take in information from life experiences.

Which is your music influences?? as far as genre's go: punk, Hip Hop, soul, and jazz.
What plans do you guys have for the future?? we're planning a tour right now which will benefit MS( multiple sclerosis), a full length album in 2011, a clothing line, some small acting roles and we'll be releasing a book about music sometime in mid 2011.

Which has been the funniest prank you guys have been or took part while on tour or after a show?? don't really do too many pranks, usually pretty ocupied dealling with fans directly after the show, but we might have pulled a switch on  a chick or two, all in good fun though!
If you guys were stranded in the middle of nowhere after a show or while on tour. The help is 65 miles away from where you guys are, ¿Who would you guys send to look for help? And if while the rest wait, there's no food and the only way to feed yourself is by eating each other, ¿Who would you eat first? we'd send whoever is our DJ at the time. neither of us are real big on eating meat, especially human meat, so we'd probably just starve to death or eat whatever type of edible  plants that are around!

Which country you guys would love to play? Japan.
With which bands you guys would love to share stage?? The Knux, Red Hot Chillie Peppers, and Camp Lo.
Are you guys OK, with the direction the band is going actually? we're more than OK. things are going exactly as planned. exactly according to our vision.
